The Brief:
The objective was to plan and deliver the food photography in close collaboration with the wider creative and production teams, ensuring the imagery aligned with the overall design vision and met all September print deadlines. The brief called for a luxurious, premium aesthetic, supported by a flexible layout system that could adapt seamlessly across a wide range of festive food and drink.
The Response:
I led the shoot, art direction, layout, and magazine design, shaping a premium, upmarket publication that celebrated food in rich, high-resolution detail. The design balanced indulgence with clarity - creating space for evolving dietary and nutritional information right up to final delivery. From a melted log flute to a chargrilled Christmas turkey, each spread was crafted to showcase texture, colour, and craftsmanship at their most indulgent.
